Our design starts with an in-depth understanding of your needs. Experienced and qualified project engineers meet with you to discuss your communication plans, time frame and budget parameters. We then inspect your facility and your plans and offer suggestions and our recommendations. Finally, we create a proposal for your turnkey system installation to review and respond to.
Our professional installers bring our Global Presenter vans and equipment to the site completely stocked and ready to install. They arrive at the promised time, check in with you to confirm expectations and go right to work, maintaining professionalism at your place of business. Once the work is completed our engineers and technicians train you on how to get the most from your new system. Our service technicians are factory trained and have extensive installation and repair experience.
For projects with control systems, we develop a customized code for your system and test it in our shop prior to installation. The programmer then creates touch screen graphics that are customized to your system’s components and your ergonomic requirements. We also perform on-site testing of the system to insure that it meets both your needs and the project specifications.
Global Presenter offers annual maintenance agreements and other service arrangements specifically geared to clients’ needs. We can further discuss these when we meet to consult.
